Coaching Isn't TherapyMuch of traditional therapy involves remembering and understanding the past. Coaching conversations, on the other hand, focus on

How the Coaching Engagement is Structured
We use the same structure in each session as neuroscience research tells us that the brain needs certainty. When you know what to expect from each session, you are far more able to focus on what you are learning and what you need to do in order to achieve your goals.
We will work together in person or on the phone over 12 weeks for 1 hour a week. The first session is a no obligation free session where we will set 3 inspiring powerful goals that form the framework for an ongoing coaching series. We will work our way through the goals, working out a strategy and dealing with all the challenges and developing insights along the way. Each week we set actions to achieve the Milestones and manage progress and accountability. We will also work with Habits and barriers that are preventing you from achieving your goals. Having a coach requires a big commitment and is challenging at times. You will do things differently from what you are used to. The actions are done on a weekly basis and you will be held accountable. Most people have found it incredibly rewarding and they get fantastic results. |
